Berlin is a large, continuous construction yard. Buildings are demolished and rebuilt frantically and so are the dreams of people who live here.

These two oil portrais on primed MDF are supposed to be the starters of a “construction” series, conceived specifically for the exhibition DRIFT, held together with fellow artist Yurij Juz at HB55 Kunstfabrik, Berlin, in November 2014.
