Koderjana

Illustration project for the volume “Zverinice Prijateljice” by Matjaz Pikalo, Slovenian author and musician. The Book is part of Stazione Topolo’s yearly project “Koderjana”. Koderjana consists in a winter residence during which an author is invited to spend a few weeks in the remote village of Topolò. The outcomes of this residence become a volume curated by Donatella Ruttar.

These illustrations, conceived as a single “panorama” strip, have lately been used as scenes and backdrops for a children TV production, directed and partly interpreted by Pikalo himself and produced by RTV Slovenia
